وزارة السياحة والآثار تنظم دورة تدريبية لعدد من العاملين بالمتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية

فى إطار استعدادات وزارة السياحة والآثار للافتتاح الوشيك للمتحف القومي للحضارة بالفسطاط والذي سيشهد استقبال موكب المومياوات الملكية من المتحف المصري بالتحرير الى مقر عرضها الدائم بالمتحف في مطلع الشهر المقبل، قامت وزارة السياحة والآثار بعقد دورة تدريبية لعدد ٣٠ فرد من العاملين بالمتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية ما بين موظفى حجز التذاكر وأفراد أمن مدني. 

وقد تم توزيع شهادات للمتدربين في هذه الدورة معتمدة من الوزارة ومعهد الضيافة بلندن، وقام بتسليم الشهادات الدكتور أحمد غنيم الرئيس التنفيذي للمتحف القومي للحضارة المصرية والدكتورة سها بهجت مستشار وزير السياحة والآثار للتدريب والمتحدث الرسمي باسم الوزارة، والدكتورة مها سويلم مدير التدريب بالمتحف. 

وأوضحت الدكتورة سها بهجت مستشار الوزير لشئون التدريب والمتحدث الرسمي باسم الوزارة أن هذا البرنامج التدريبي يهدف في المقام الأول إلى إكساب العاملين بالمهارات والسلوكيات اللازمة الواجب اتباعها مع الضيف، ومزود بمواقف تفاعلية وتجارب حية لما سيتعرض له العاملين من امن مواقف أثناء تعاملهم مع الزائرين أو كيفية التصدي المشكلات والتحديات المفاجئة.

وجاء ذلك انطلاقًا من دور الوزارة للارتقاء بالعنصر البشري وخاصة العاملين المتعاملين مع الزائرين من السائحين والمواطنين وتأهيلهم على مفهوم الخدمات والتوعية السياحية، وذلك ضمن برنامج سفراء السياحة الذي ينظم تحت رعاية بنك الإسكندرية وبتنفيذ شركة Rhythm المتخصصة في مجال التدريب والمعتمدة من معهد الضيافة بلندن.

– The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities organizes a training course for a number of employees of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

 In line with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities preparations for the soon to be opening of the National Museum of Civilization in Fustat, which will witness the Golden Pharaoh’s parade of royal mummies from the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir to its permanent display in the NMEC next month, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities held a training course for 30 employees from the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization some of which are ticketing staff and civil security personnel.

 Certificates were distributed to the trainees in this course accredited by the Ministry and the Institute of Hospitality in London, and the certificates were delivered by Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim, CEO of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, Dr. Soha Bahgat, Adviser to the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for Training and the Ministry’s spokesperson, and Dr. Maha Sweilem, Director of Training at the Museum.

 This training program aims primarily to provide workers with the necessary skills and behavioral traits that must be followed up with the guest, and is provided with simulated situations and live experiences of what workers will be exposed to in terms of security situations during their communication with visitors or how to address sudden problems and challenges.

 This came as part of the Ministry’s role to promote workers, especially the workers dealing with visitors who are tourists or citizens, and to qualify them and familiarize them with the concept of tourism services and awareness, as part of the Tourism Ambassadors Program organized under the auspices of the Bank of Alexandria and the implementation of “Rhythm”, the company specialized in the field of training and accredited by the Institute of Hospitality in London.
