وصل الي القاهرة سكرتير عام المجلس اغلدولي للمطارات لإقليم إفريقيا علي التونسي واللجنة التنظيمية العليا لمؤتمر ومعرض المجلس الدولي للمطارات لقارة افريقيا و ذلك استعداداً لعقد مؤتمر ومعرض المجلس الدولي للمطارات والمقرر إقامته في القاهرة في الفترة من 24 فبراير وحتي 1 مارس 2024 تحت رعاية معالي رئيس الوزراء الدكتور مصطفي مدبولي و معالي وزير الطيران المدني الفريق محمد عباس حلمي .
وقام الملاح خالد الالفي رئيس اللجنة الفنية والتنظيمة والمالية للمؤتمر وفريق من العلاقات العامة بشركة ميناء القاهرة الجوي باستقبال اللجنة التنظيمية استعدادا لبدء الاجتماعات التحضيرية النهائية و عرض ماتم من تنفيذه علي ارض الواقع.
جدير بالذكر أن شاشات مباني الركاب 2 و 3 يعرض عليها الاعلان الترويجي الخاص بالمؤتمر ليكون في استقبال ضيوف مصر القادمين من افريقيا وغيرها من الدول و ذلك في اطار الاستعداد لاستقبال ضيوف المؤتمر حيث تم تشكيل لجنة من موظفي العلاقات العامة و المراسم بكل من الشركة المصرية القابضة للمطارات والملاحة الجوية و شركة ميناء القاهرة الجوي و انهاء اجراءات وصول الوفود و التسكين بالفنادق والانتقالات من والي المطار .

The Secretary-General of ACI Africa and the High Organizing Committee have arrived in Cairo.
Secretary-General of the International Airport Council for Africa, Ali Al-Tunsi, along with the High Organizing Committee for the Conference and Exhibition, has arrived in Cairo in preparation for the event scheduled to take place from February 24th to March 1st, 2024, under the patronage of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and His Excellency the Minister of Civil Aviation, Air-Marshal Mohamed Abbas Helmy.
Captain Khaled Al-Alfi, head of the Technical, Organizational, and Financial Committee for the conference, along with a team from the Public Relations Department of Cairo Airport Company, welcomed the organizing committee in preparation for the final preparatory meetings and to showcase the progress made on the ground.
It is worth mentioning that the promotional advertisement for the conference is displayed on screens in terminals 2 and 3 to welcome guests arriving from Africa and other countries, as part of the preparations to welcome conference guests. This includes forming a committee of public relations and protocol employees from the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, Cairo Airport Company, to complete the arrival procedures, accommodation in hotels, and transportation to and from the airport.
